These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RankTrade’s services, owned and operated by NEFT, registered in London, United Kingdom. By using our website, filling in any form, or purchasing any of our services (including website design, SEO, branding, and support), you agree to be bound by these Terms. RankTrade is a service provider focused solely on the UK trades and construction industry. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Service Overview
RankTrade provides digital services including website design, development, search engine optimisation (SEO), logo creation, and branding. All services are tailored specifically for UK-based trades businesses such as electricians, plumbers, builders, roofers, and other certified professionals. Upon purchase or project confirmation, RankTrade will deliver services based on the agreed scope of work, timelines, and pricing shared via email, proposal, or invoice. Service timelines typically range from 7–21 days depending on project complexity. Delays caused by client inaction or missing content are not the responsibility of RankTrade.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide all requested information necessary to begin and complete their project. This includes written content, images, business details, and brand assets. Failure to provide materials in a timely manner may delay the project or result in additional fees. RankTrade is not liable for project delays caused by a client’s failure to respond, provide information, or approve milestones. Clients must ensure that all information submitted is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Payments and Pricing
RankTrade offers fixed-rate pricing starting from £499 for websites, £150/month for SEO, and £299 for branding. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable. Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. For ongoing services like SEO or monthly maintenance, payment is due monthly in advance. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of services or additional charges. RankTrade reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. All invoices must be paid via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved payment gateways.
Intellectual Property
All designs, code, branding materials, and written content created by RankTrade remain the intellectual property of RankTrade until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted full rights to use, edit, and publish the delivered materials. RankTrade reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing. Client-provided content must not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property. RankTrade is not liable for legal issues arising from content supplied by the client.
Revisions and Edits
Every RankTrade website or branding project includes a defined number of revisions as stated in the proposal or package description. Any additional revisions outside of the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within the timeline specified during the project phase. SEO services are ongoing and iterative; results may vary depending on keyword competitiveness, location (e.g. London, Manchester), and market conditions. RankTrade does not guarantee #1 rankings but will apply best practices to improve visibility.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of web design, SEO, and branding services, RankTrade does not offer full refunds once a project has started or resources have been allocated. A cancellation before work has begun may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative or consultation costs. Limitation of Liability
RankTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, data loss, downtime, or reduced traffic. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. Clients agree that RankTrade is not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms, third-party platform policies, or any unforeseen circumstances that impact digital performance or visibility.
Use of Third-Party Tools
RankTrade may integrate or recommend the use of third-party platforms such as hosting services, Google Analytics, domain providers, or SEO software. While we select tools based on performance and reliability, we are not responsible for the policies, pricing changes, or service interruptions of these third-party vendors. Any separate terms and conditions of those services must be reviewed and accepted by the client independently.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to RankTrade services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. We aim to resolve disputes quickly and fairly and encourage open communication with clients before escalating any issue legally.
